I restarted my device several times, reconnected to Wi-Fi, but your game does not connect to Wi-Fi. Deleting this game as all it does is aggravate me and the developer does not give support to players. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS “GAME.”

Your game does not have a support ticket system but I managed to find an email. I have my original player ID number, did delete the game but of course due to your extremely slow response had no way of knowing that I would lose all progress. You need to implement a support ticket system so players of your game(s) can obtain help when they have issues. GAME NOT RECOMMENDED DUE TO LACK OF SUPPORT SYSTEM FROM DEVELOPER.

The Tiki solitaire ad comes up every time I’m playing this bubble shooter. It never brings up an x to exit I wasted a full 10 minutes on trying. I see you have not updated this bubble game for a long time. Please will you either check this ad or get rid of it. The Royal Match is almost as bad, but after several tries it finally exits. Still between the two I am thinking of deleting. That’s a shame because I really like the game.

This is rigged to force you to purchase more balls. I have clean shots that should have been recognized under the game play. Clean hits but no acknowledgement REPEATEDLY, forcing unnecessary ads to be watched rewarding me with 3 balls, rinse and repeat. It wasn't allowing any points to be registered to allow purchasing bombs or or other features…just keeps you in the “not enough points” to do anything, again to force one to spend money to have meaningful play. Momma doesn’t play this forced type of manipulation. Will be deleting. Adios! …got to level 2596…balls get direct hit and should pop, but they do not. Tried to break this level for days…I aim and hit a group of same colored balls, but instead of popping, they change color. This is a BIG SCAM.

Simply log out after each level,.. then log back in,.. it takes LESS time than waiting a minute and a half looking at that dumb ad that never seems to end,..and even when it ends,.. there’s a clock ticking down for 5 more seconds..it’s maddening..

Won’t connect to WiFi, lost progress in game back to level one instead of in the 300s. Submitted help request with ID no and no response. Game is fun, but I am not starting over. NOT RECOMMENDED!
