This is the Breakout game from CodeHS. Tilt your phone left and right to move the paddle. Try to break all the bricks! This app was built on CodeHS (http://codehs.com), a platform for helping schools teach coding. Any app you build on CodeHS can get submitted to the App Store as well.
Cool
It’s not all that but you have to think. It took skill for this person to code this game.
Laggy
Literally unplayable My calculator runs this game at 30 fps this runs at 8
Constructive Criticism
It seems people are one way or the other with this app in the reviews. Ultimately, it’s basically everything you could realistically expect. It meets the goal that it set out. It may not be in-depth, but it’s exactly what it promised. So for that, it’s a great game. There is one legitimate issue that has already mentioned that I experienced twice out of my first three playthroughs. That would be the ball getting stuck at the top. If it gets the right angle, it bounces off the top of one of the highest red blocks, and then gets stuck at the top. As a student who is actually going through the lessons in the CodeHS website, I find this to be a valuable experience. It’s a great game, and it’s always good to listen to the experiences of others who have played through and tried things you wouldn’t think of, and then use that info to improve!
Meh
It’s an Atari game on apple, it has circles, and it’s alright. What I do think is amazing, is laughing at the idiots in the reviews section on the apple store.
Ball is stuck on top
What now?
Amazing game
I had tones of fun on the game, when I’m bored, I’m not sure what people are complaining about.
Wouldn’t open
I downloaded this this morning for something mindless to play. I downloaded it and hit play and got a white screen. I deleted it and downloaded it again and got a white screen. I turn my phone off and back on, downloaded it again, and got a white screen. If I could give it zero stars I would’ve.
