Worst Support Ever
It’s not the first or the second time that the game has errored and not allowed me to play due to their being “no levels available” when there are. I’ve had a support ticket open for over a week since I can’t play and I purchased a Gold Pass I can’t even use yet. They haven’t responded or updated me in 5 days now. Seems to be a recurring issue now.

I have reported this issue many time to support as have my teammates with no resolution I finally went through Apple complaints to see if they can get the issue fixed Love the game and spend lots of $ so I’m a little peeved I’m not getting any resolution

Normally, I would rate this as a 5-star game. But there are delays in updates to the App Store so players on iPhone can’t play while those on Android devices can. Been trying to play and support team for more than a week. Reached out customer service multiple times and still can’t play. Lost significant status/ranking without a response from their support. This game is losing most of their best players, because people are moving on.
