Worst Customer Support Ever
I have been waiting for a month for one single email. I have been locked out of my account and emailed them a month ago, no response, nothing. I keep contacting their “support team” and am told it’s being escalated. I get the same story every time. This is absolutely nuts. Their support was never this inept. Stay away from them and if you play poker at least PokerStars support is decent. Try them.

There is not enough players on the app number one number two the customer service is atrocious. I have so many examples but I don’t want too rant way too much. I know they recorded so I know I’m not lying. I’ve had people hang up on me on numerous occasions. I recommend this app to no one.

they banned my account.they said I was cheating location even though I was in NJ. I talked to the customer service several times but they keep saying I have to write a liability statement which I have to say “I will never cheat and never use a rooted device or an app”. They said I was out of NJ. However I have never gone to other states because of COVID I have never cheated. As a proof, I showed the photo of the history of my locations which my phone has recorded. However, they are still asking me to send the statement. I cannot state what I didn’t do. According to the reviews,I am not the only one who had geographic problems.but they have never fixed it. The customer service usually blamed customers like their internet was not good etc. They accused me of using fake apps or something. That's out of question! Before I got banned,about 10 times I already got kicked out from games because of their poor geographic system. they have never given me a refund. Imagine if u are at 100-1000 buy-in tables and never got money back. stay away!!!

The poker site is very fishy a person has a 3&4 un suited you have 2 kings in the flop king 6 jack you have 3kings all in the person with the 3&4 stay he wins with a straight come on FISHY I THINK SO I agree with you it’s so phony I know who you don’t play against so I just watch them after playing one hand and just watch I will never play Poker again on this site. I win on the sport site so they can’t fix that.Black Jack is even worse. Keep track on how many BJ The dealer get or how many 21 he get on 16 and 15 when you got 20. It’s a joke so don’t I repeat don’t play poker or BJ ON THIS SITE
