Love the game and its such a wonderful retro feeling to play but I’ve played on other consoles but i just bought the game this morning and now i cant even get past the first loading screen before it crashes. Hope you guys fix this issue soon !

So I made a review a few weeks ago and the devs reached out and said something not even remotely informative or helpful to the situation that myself and tons of other people are having, but it seems that whenever I open the game it gets to the Netease logo and immediately crashes afterwards. I’ve bought this game a while back on the same device (iPhone 12 Pro) and it worked fine, so it seems that one of you guys updates has kept the game from booting and just needs to be tweaked a little. We’ve all paid a solid 10 bucks for this. I think it’s fair that you guys try to do something for everyone that has paid for the game and are having the SAME issue, instead of reaching out and telling how is how helpful you guys WANT to be.
