Frustrating to play, overall low quality
I like to play zeldalikes from small studios. However, this one isn't really worth one's time. While its art direction is cute and charming, that's about where the good things end. The story is kind of boring, controls are wonky, there's so much empty space, there's no camera freedom, the next steps are often confusing to figure out. The one thing I cannot get over is the audio. The music and sound effects quality is atrocious. According to Wikipedia, the game was released in 2021. There is zero excuse for such horrible audio in a game made this recently. Such a disappointment.
Bad game design
The game controls fine and it looks and sounds great. But you can tell very early on that it’s poorly designed, when you wander aimlessly around the village and then lug a heavy pumpkin over a long distance to throw it at an enemy.
Unplayable with my MFI controller
The menu button to get to the inventory doesn’t work. Full stop, uninstall.
best played on iPad
I llike this genre so my review is biased. That said the puzzles are clever and storyline fun. More than enough for the casual gamer that I am. I would need to watch more Studio Ghibli to be able to assess the success of that connection. Currently, my play on the iPad has not been too buggy. It would probably play beter on a more current Ipad model than mine, but so far so good. Enjoy.
Amazing and epic game
Thanks for continuing to add to this game and fix the bugs. I have played this since it first came out, and the story and artwork are amazing. The bugs were just growing pains to an otherwise excellent game. With the newest content, 4th internal game, there is now a bug with the controls for the entire game on AppleTV. The B button now longer functions to execute the special weapon or consumables, but instead exits the game. This is making the game unplayable. Hopefully this is a simple fix. Also, with four games within the game, is there a way to set up four save slots to allow progress to be saved for our four chapters? Much thanks.
Shield problem
I bought a shield three times and it’s still not spawning or showing on my character I even started over and still no shield please fix this bug but so far good game
Zelda
Ok so this game is not as bad as people say it is. This one is for those zelda lovers like me out there and let me say the graphics may be bad and the game rarely crashes I think that if you like zelda then you need to download this game right now it's original and you will love it (recommended if you download on TV get a controller and make sure it can connect with bluetooth so you can have a good experience)
