Air Manager lets you design custom flight simulator instrument panels on your iPad. Panels can connect to X-plane, FS2020, Prepar3d or FSX. Use your iPad as a primary instrument panel and have your computer monitor for outside view only, or use your iPad as a secondary com stack to easily set frequencies through the iPad touch screen. Air Manager comes with more than 1000 free instruments. Add, drag, scale, build your instrument panel in only a matter of minutes. Save your created panels, and switch between them quickly. User friendly No difficult settings or downloading and configuring of third party applications. You can download the necessary plugins from our website for free. We offer a complete solution! Place instruments anywhere you like Tap an instrument to add it to the canvas, hold and drag to rearrange, and pinch to scale, it’s as easy as that. Loads of free instruments The application comes with more than 1000 free instruments, and this collection keeps growing. Buttons, Switches and Knobs Controls like Buttons, Switches, and Knobs let you control the simulator from your 2D panels, so your Flight Simulation is super realistic. Setting a radio frequency or the altimeter setting, moving electrical switches, and controlling the autopilot are just a few examples of what you can do without directly accessing the flight simulator. Multiplatform and multi simulator The Air Manager plugin runs on Microsoft Window, Mac OSX, and Linux, both 32 bits and 64 bits, and is compatible with Laminar Research X-Plane 9, 10 and 11, Microsoft FSX and Lockheed Martin Prepar3D.
Great app, but missing some functionality
I bought it for the generic Garmin 400/500 series GPS for MSFS, but it says they only allow touch and won’t display anything on the screen on iPad. If that functionality happens, I’d gladly repurchase.
Does not work with Apple Studio Ultra M1
I have been unable to get the plugin to work with my computer unless I toggle “open with rosetta” in preferences. I have contacted support and started a ticket, with no fix. I’m still hoping to be able to use the app in the future. It would make flying x-Plane 12 much better.
Love the app, last update 4.1 has issues though
Must have app if you like flight simulators, connects perfectly with Xplane 11, however update 4.1 doesn't work for me on iOS 9.3.5, I have three iPad 2s and in all of them the app crashes when starting and doesn't enter the app, didn't happen on 4.0. Hope it gets fixed because I love using it.
Nothing but at big X
Got a red x thru the screen. Won’t close, could not find directions Got it to run my zibo tablet, don’t think it can, or I have to pay extra Maybe I missed something
I love this app
I struggle to read my Beechcraft Bonanza F33a instruments on X-Plane 11. This app allowed me to create a close to identical instrument panel on my old IPad that is far more readable than my HD monitor. Set up time was negligible as I started from a Beechcraft B58 cockpit and replaced stuff to match the F33a. Only complaint is having to buy the desktop version to actually create new instruments for the F33a and V35.
Waste of money
Not updated, unreliable and not worth the money.
Works Great for 152 MSFS2020
Connects automatically each time and the gauges are very responsive. Very happy with this app! Much cheaper than other solutions I’ve looked at.
