- You can shoot anyone. They don't need to have the app. KO-CHA! creates short videos of your shots which you can send via SMS, Whatsapp etc.
- If your friends do have the app you can target them directly and your shots will go straight to their phone, notify them, play the video and score the kill on both your phones.
- You don't necessarily need to know your opponents. KO-CHA! detects all willing combatants within 50m of you. This also makes it extremely simple to start a game. Just zero your score and go for it.
- In addition to live play, you can shoot any photo in your camera roll.

Real people move fast. In order for users to engage in proper combat skirmishes, we have made targeting as easy as possible. As easy as taking a photo. Buttons have been created large, functionality quick and simple - all accessible with a sweep from the central viewfinder. Pinch to zoom and you can hit your targets from much further away than you could reasonably expect to with an actual paintball gun.
This app gives you the immediate, anarchic and competitive hunt that takes you back to creeping around with a water pistol like you did as a kid. Whether it's sniping through your photo library or engaging in real life splurge wars (discrete enough to be played at work or in a museum), KO-CHA! is loaded with opportunities to mess about, create rich times with your pals, join like minded others for free games in your city and go up against that girl in the bus right now.

Notes: 

- This app is free to play and will in time offer in-game purchases and assets you can earn.
- It is compatible with Iphone 7 and all models forward.
- It is available to play on smartphones, not tablets. 
- KO-CHA! works on face detection, not face recognition. This means that manual targeting is required. It also makes the app incredibly versatile, only limited in it's application by the boundaries of imagination and instinct for mischief.
- Having Location enabled and the app running (at least in the background) is essential for targeting local players or being targeted. Your location data is used for no other purpose. 
- Your 12 most recent Hit and Kill photographs are kept on our servers only for the purposes of you accessing them. Your photos are not used for any other purpose. All photos are deleted from our servers as the galleries replace them with more recent photos. 
- Some operational issues may arise if you have a significant number of apps running simultaneously in the background - especially when exporting via the Mail Bomb. To avoid this during play consider closing unnecessary apps.

The app KO-CHA! collects Device ID and Location data for the sole purpose of enabling targeting of other players.
All photos (including profile photos) captured within the KO-CHA! app are held and used only for the purposes of gameplay, held only for the and shared only by the user. A maximum of 24 photos are held within the Shot Galleries of the app at any one time. Once photos disappear from the Shot Gallery they are permanently deleted.
No user data whatsoever is provided to third parties for marketing purposes.
