They are not letting me use my valid coupon anywhere because I used too many coupons already. Don’t give points to big spenders then… I am sure it’s a valid “business logic” Basically everything is worse because delivery hero is a dishonest company

No app should require you to confirm a phone number when you give them an email address and credit card number, but even so, at least the activation code sender should work! Absolutely terrible app. I spent wayyy too much time trying to place an order just to get stopped because of the stupid phone number verification.

Previously I had reviewed the app as 2 star due to the companies unsatisfactory compensation on food delivery issues. However, after I have submitted the feedback, the app support team (Taylan) had noticed the unsatisfactory resolving of the issue and requested me to contact the app support team through their email address. Then, they have provided me with two coupons as compensation packages to resolve the issue. I am writing this review to sincerely appreciate their careful consideration for their users and for providing excellent support effort. 🙏🏻

I had ordered from one of the restaurants and unfortunately the restaurant forgot to take into my consideration the extra toppings that I had paid for. and then I had created a support request in the app to request the refund for the extra money I had been charged to customize my order. According to the resolution result of the support, it was supposed that the app adds the refund to my wallet. However after several days, I have noticed that not only nothing has been added (refunded) to my wallet, but also in order the app to deprive me of my right to followup on the issue and request the followup, they had deleted the record for all my past orders and the relative support tickets from the app!
