Online slowness
This was not the first time an online order took a very long time. From the time I ordered and arrived 15 minutes later when it was supposed to be done it was just being started. I waited another 20 minutes in an empty western Bagel with 3 employees in slow motion. For mine (no one else had an order in 2 employees doing nothing). He had to keep going in the back for missing things like cheese and then no avocado. Was I offered a difference in price for no avacodo. NO. I had to ask. I ordered a half dozen bagels also that he did not get until after the sandwich was made. Also the person who made the sandwich was chewing gum. No mask! Probably would not be approved by health department. The manager told me internet orders do not come thru right away. For mine that was a 15 minute delay. I find that hard to believe and they should fix that. Manager did not care about that nor gum chewing.

Higher prices in app than in store
The prices for ordering through the app are much higher than the prices in the store. The app was going to charge me $7.30 for an onion cheese bagel with onion cream cheese, and in the store, it’s $5.50. I was ordering 3 of those, so that really adds up and makes a big difference! I will be deleting this app and just ordering in person because if this. If I need to order ahead and pick up, I’ll just call the store and order over the phone. The app is not worth the higher prices.
This App is Horrible
It’s insane that in this day and age, an app can be so bad. First off why do I need an app to place an order online? Fine, I get that they want you to use an app so they can get all the data they want, but then make it easy. I had to change my credit card 3 times, redo my order 3 times. Definitely have zero desire to order this way again and will just go online and order Hanks going forward.
