No way to order thru app!!
They need to update the app immediately or else they will lose customers to other joints who has much better user interface on app. It takes much longer to try to place order than just standing in line….

How does an app in 2024 fail at doing the most basic and important function of taking payment. I can’t remember the last time I used an app that was this flawed. Did no one do any basic testing before putting this out
App not working
I got a coupon with QR codes I scan it and it takes me to the codes. Not the apps. Second time scanning it again send me to download app. Ok did all that. Now I can’t even get into the menu to order.
Worst app on my phone
The logic trees are terrible. A lot of waiting for loading. Doesn’t remember common locations. Easy to “fat finger” button the wrong locations. Have accidentally ordered from wrong location twice because of how finicky the location selection screen is. Does not enable quick reordering. The worst UX app on my phone today.
Terrible app
Tried resetting my password 3 times , won’t work . Tried to check out without logging in as a guest that was a no go . I tried calling restaurant to order only thru app. So you know what I didn’t even go here . Either have an app that works or you can check out as guest otherwise you lose business
Good for scanning in-store. Terrible otherwise
Every time I try to put in an order it takes me like 10 minutes. I have saved my favorite store, and favorite order, and favorite credit card, yet it still takes forever and is not intuitive. It should be simple: Click order, click favorite restaurant, click favorite order, check out! But no… it takes you on a journey of many different screens, slow to load, and leads to frozen screens. Even if you are able to find your favorite order in the first place, good luck making any edits to it without starting all over. The developer needs to be fired or do some research like playing around with Starbucks’ app. Do some market surveys before publishing a terrible product and tarnishing the reputation of a decent restaurant with good food. Sorry, just frustrated each time I use the app. Others need to know. Please make it more intuitive and minimize the number of taps needed to replace an order.
