Does not have any help button, if you want to adjust the tip to attract more drivers during rush hour there is no option for that either…. It is great for pick up though… they said it is delivered by door dash. Door dash app sometimes has bugs with season products but has better options with selection and help support….

Unable to add to cart
I’ve selected a “customize your own burger” menu item however I was unable to add it to my cart. No error popped up, but the “add to cart” button wouldn’t highlight.
Fix your App
Your app doesn’t work correctly. When I was trying to order for the past 3-4 months I would get an error message about an expired coupon for fries, and it wouldn’t submit my order. I was then told to delete my app and then add it back, but it wouldn’t let me add it back. They only way I can use it now is to go into the Apple App Store and open it from there. My icon is gone from my phone.

Everything worked out. I ordered on the app and I am happy to eat from here again.
Terrible interface
Spent 20 minutes trying to place an order. The system had no error but would not add a single burger to my order.
