Unacceptable Service
I'm extremely dissatisfied with your service. One of the orders never arrived, it was Ramadan on breakfast And it happened again before yesterday after they claimed there is a problem in the system and the restaurant didn’t receive the order and I had to wait more than 2 hours. So this isn't the first time. Your system seems plagued with issues that consistently affect customers. I asked to cancel the order after that but the guy from CS refused ,then I asked him to contact on of the management but also till now nobody did , also he wasn’t corporate at all . I demand a refund immediately. And I warn others about your poor service.

تطبيق رائع بس عيبهم ان النقاط اللي تجمعها تختفي ولها مدة محدد المفروض يخلونها عشان الواحد يتحمس ويستفيد منها
