I was really excited to find out that this place has an app but every time I check out for an order, it asks me if it would like to save the payment information and I always click yes but when I return to place another order, my information isn’t saved. Not a big deal, but it is an inconvenience. I just feel that if you’re going to ask me to save my information you should save it.

United StatesApp Will Not Accept Any Cards
This app, before its rollout with the new user interface was decent, at best. Ever since the new look, while every other feature is amazing, the fact it cannot allow me to place an order defeats the whole purpose of convenience that the app tries to offer. I literally added different (valid) cards but it keeps prompting a payment error at that very last step. I’m not sure if the CVV security code for the card is the blank text box right if the card, but if it is, I am inputting the right number and yet it rejects it. It won’t let me put in a number long enough for a zip code either. In short, while the new update makes the app a refreshing sight with cool features to customize my delicious drink, the fact it refuses to accept any payment defeats the entire purpose of the app existing (at least for me, where I like to order ahead so it’s ready when I get there)-aside from walking into the store to present my QR code so I can at least earn the points still.

I’ve never been able to successfully complete a order on the app. Does not work, payment option does not work, everything else up until that point works OK. But their payment processing never works.
