No way to use WiFi feature
Using this product for the first time today. There’s zero way to connect the product to the WiFi to actually use that feature. Hopefully the product itself isn’t a complete bust as well.

Just like everyone else says... there’s no way to connect the app to the device. I wish I hadn’t gotten this as a gift so I could return it for a better one. Oh well, I hope the unit works well.

The hand held unit seems to be built very nicely but the wifi interface doesn’t connect at all. Amazon customer support can’t find a reason. I’m returning this product the same day I received

I have made Numerous attempts to get the app and device to link. It always Fails. App help site goes to some Chinese page no choices to change language. Basically no help for issue.
