So Slow
This app just gets slower and with more errors on every update. It is now to the point of almost being unusable. When I place an order online, the cart doesn’t update with the items by the time I get to the payment screen. So I have to find my way back, order again, then navigate in and out, to get back to change the quantity back from 2 to 1 before I can pay. At one outlet at City of Dreams in Macau, payments haven’t worked in months as all orders just show pay order fail. This app is just a mess now, it used to work great until they decided to rebuild it.
Why limited online order
I drink oat milk. Oat milk has been an option in store for years. But yet, I can’t order it in the app. So all mobile ordering features are useless. Takes forever to load my payment QR code or consistently logs me out.
Garbage app
This app used to work but then it was updated and became slow, unresponsive, and prone to crashing. I don’t understand how they let the update stand to make it worse. Do they not want people to order ahead. Whoever Maxim’s hire to make this app should fired.
Awful, terrible, useless app
It’s hard to describe how utterly terrible and not fit for purpose this app is. It’s main benefit is saving me $ bc it’s basically impossible to use it to order. Whoever oversees this should be fired.
