App is great just in suggestion
Love the app and who doesn’t love Someburros (sometimes 3 times a week like it). Unfortunately I can not customize my items. Like if I want extra chicken in my burrito in my #12 combo, there is no extra chicken modifier, I have to add a $5 side of chicken and make a note the the $5 side of chicken is for my burrito in the combo #12. It’s fairly hard to tell if my burrito has extra meat or if they forgot to include the extra chicken in my order. Sometimes the chicken comes in a styrofoam container which is ok, just not the same. Still easier than calling. Great job someburros

Whatever you do, don’t go to the South Chandler location. There is one manager that is awful, she is rude and disrespectful. She has no business being in the service industry.

Payment method cannot be added either on the app or the website. How can I make an online order? I have tried both debit and credit cards, nothing gets accepted. Please fix.

After reading recent reviews I was hesitant to download and use the app for ordering. I reached out to Someburros and received a quick and courteous reply from Daniella. She let me know that they had just re-launched their new-and-improved app, and the reviews were from the previous version. Shortly after I downloaded and ordered from our local spot, and it was an easy process! My only complaint is that it continually asks to send notifications which is very annoying, but this review is for the functionality which is excellent.
