hey to whoever is in charge of app dev-- try making the app not constantly tweak out at each step (checkout, applying coupons) saying "Your order can't be placed at this time" and that the team needs more time to make it-- i'm assuming you programmed it to have a 15-20 minute gap in time for the workers to make the food but if i selected ASAP it means asap from the point AFTER checked out, not from the second I chose asap. Stop using stack overflow or chatgpt for your homework and learn to make an app or take a logic class. This messed up my stuff multiple times then removed my 5.00 promo. Clown ahhh 🤡swe getting paid too much bruh hope AI takes your jobs or the market pay drops lower than the SoFresh store staff from over-saturation.
Used to use this all the time
Now it’s unusable. Can’t make any orders. They updated with bug fixes but I can’t even use this or build up points anymore.

Worst app I have ever had
I ordered thru the app a couple of days ago. When I submitted payment, I received a text from my bank that the payment went through. But I could see that the order was not submitted to the store. I tried again and received the same text from my bank but no order was sent to the store. I was close to the local So Fresh so I went inside to check my order. They never received it so I ordered at the counter. The manager told me to reload the app since the app had been updated. Tonight, I’ve tried to sign in, delete my account, reload the app, recreate my account… then I started receiving error codes.. I could never get the app to work. Sigh.
