Impossible to create new account either on website or through the app, using email, Google, Facebook, or Apple login. No support options on the app, website indicates email support which is very poor.

I got free coupons when I went to my dealership and upon sign up. You guys took my coupons and didn’t add it to my account. And you can’t get in contact with anyone in customer service! EVERYONE please stay away from this app! It will give you a headache when problems arise!

I got this as a gift. I assumed that it meant that I got $25 off at a restaurant of my choosing but I was wrong. You have to create an account, redeem the code, and then buy the credits with the $25. There are hidden terms for a restaurant that you choose to use your credits at: dine in only, must pay a minimum on food only, must have X number of guests. It is ridiculous. You are better off just going where you want and getting a gift card yourself or using a coupon. The app is awful. It doesn’t allow you to search and filter searches. The same 3 restaurants came up on the app when the website had a bunch of places. I have to go to the website then search that area through the app to buy a deal. Do not download or use this app. Not user friendly and the restaurant choices are terrible.

Title explains it all. I appreciate the visual overhaul, though I do still see restaurants in my area (14222) that aren’t even opening anymore which makes me think no one is doing any quality assurance checks for these businesses. The big issue is I have several gift cards but I can’t activate or use them in the app, so what’s the point?
