Order placed on 11/22/23. It is now 1/10/24 and items have not been received. Shipping tracking was non-existent until I contacted merchant on 12/22/23. Shipping still shows “label created. Awaiting items”. Contacted merchant 4 times, no real reply given. Just auto-generated bots. Getting ready to dispute through bank.
