My son and I were served by a young lady named Brianna. She was the best I’ve had at that Norm’s and wanted to point her out. In the past, other servers bring the orders out together, so there’s usually something thats cold. But Brianna made sure that our order was delivered when hot and done. That can make a huge difference with a side of tater tots. I hope she stays with that restaurant for a long time. She just wanted to make sure everything was correct and that all our needs were met! 🙂
