Very easy to use and to make my purchases. Love that I can register my machines and contact anyone if I ever run into any problems or need a walk through for a deep cleaning. I also can look it up on the app!
What’s up with the selection of a free sample selection?!
When I go to check out their is NOT a a box to select a free sample!! In the past I have Not been able to get the samples in my order to the POINT that I have to call to address this ISSUE which is a waste of time!!! So what’s the problem!! Please address this ASAP and please provide my latest order with my free SAMPLES!!
Won’t Let me Order
I’ve been trying for months to order off of this app but every time I go to cart and click continue, it just says “Prices have been updated” and will just stay on that page. Super annoying…guess they don’t want my money.
Too many bugs?
First, I had to go back and correct the quantity of what I wanted. After that I chose the gift but touched the wrong item. Then I put in the promo code. When I continued I realized that I had touched the wrong gift item. I tried to go back to correct my mistake but that didn’t work. I then started from the beginning but this time I was not offered a gift. I tried and tried again but to no avail. It took me almost 30 minutes to make a simple order.
Just one thing
I’ve been using Nespresso for about 3 years now. I’m happy with ease of app but I wish they had an option to favorite coffees. Like a star next to it or something. Other that I like 👍🏽.
