We used this for a LIV event in Mexico. At the completion of the event we initiated a refund 3 months later we are still waiting for our 105 dollar refund. Support has been absolutely awful to work with. Their customer service team has ignored questions and deflected back to the event organizers. This has simply been the worst 3rd party interactions my wife and I have ever had. We would report them to the BBB bureau but we cannot. We are looking into our bank to file a fraudulent charge as they will Not refund our money. Stay as far away from this APP as possible.
