Not user friendly at all
Tried to order some groceries for my mom in Sweden, after several attempts to try to pay for the groceries I was told you have to have a Swedish bank ID, even if you pay with international accepted credit cards. With food prices going crazy in Sweden, I can’t be the only one wanting to help family.

The app worked well for several years, until it didn’t. Support is completely unhelpful and disinterested in solving the problem. Even the customer service email listed on the app is an undeliverable one. I tried to keep going with this company, but their apathy made it impossible.

When I tried to make my first order on your website from your app on my iPhone and everything went smoothly until I got to the payment process. The payment was approved for my bank and MatHem took my money but it didn't approve the delivery order (What!? Why!? How’s this possible!?) so I was left with no money and no groceries. I didn't receive a mail from HemMat acknowledging the problem , no notification of the problem nor in the app nor in my account on the website. I had to call to customer service to get any answer and after a long wait for a reply on the phone, what they told me was that I had to wait a few days for HemMat to put back my money in my account, A Few DAYS!! No apology, no solution, no options, nothing. This is absolutely irresponsible and I feel like HemMat doesn't care for its customers and don't want to take any responsibility in its own mistake. In short, I'm appalled for HemMat unapologetic posture on this matter. Is it like this for everything? because if that's the case, I'm ready to close my account as soon as This problem is solved and to spread the word.
