Horrific
Being told that an item in your cart is now sold out when you check out is frustrating but understandable. What’s completely outrageous is then being told another item is out of stock when you try to check out again, so you remove that item from your cart and check out a third time only to be told that yet another item is out of stock. And so on and so forth until your cart is almost empty.

The new “shopping list” feature appeared for a day and now is appearing empty, even though I’ve marked many items as favourites which should appear in the list. Also, the “order history” does not display and an error message appears.

App is simple and easy to use. Most frustrating part was items being out of stock. Shopped and had everything in my basket to checkout. Unfortunately I spent all day attempting to input my credit card number in many times only to be given an “error” message and it not being able to process my order. Reached out to customer service several times via email. I then updated my software and had to shorten my address. (They need to allow for longer addresses on their system). Order was finally placed. My order then arrived next day as scheduled and all items were accounted for. Will continue to use this app!

The app is simple enough to use when it is working. But I’ve consistently been unable to open it and need to redownload it for it to work. I haven’t had this issue with any other app.
