Objectively the worst app I’ve ever used. Customer service is slow. Live tracking and messaging does not work. Food takes forever. Save yourself the hassle and use UberEats or Deliveroo. Deleting this app

It felt like I was scammed with my first order. I ordered online and my order never arrived. The order never even reached the “preparing and delivery” stage, and they claimed it as delivered after the restaurant closed. They claim they tried to call and email me for the delivery, but nothing is in my records of that. Completely terrible experience with customer service. Avoid this app when traveling to Italy

It’s great when it works but it’s really bad when it does not. I was given the wrong order and when I tried to resolve the issue it was difficult. That is when I found a bunch of comments complaining about their customer service (check the comments on their social media accounts). They sent a request for pictures but when I tried to send them the emails came back undeliverable. Went through social media I got a response but instead of refunding me they gave me credit which as a visitor to the UK it is useless to me. Now they say they cannot undo it and I’m stuck. Use this app at your own risk. If you’re just visiting the UK it’s probably best just to go to the restaurant on your own.

This is the WORST delivery service I have ever experienced!! I used it for the first time in Killarney and had a horrible experience. (Eventually resolved) I used it for the 2nd time tonight in Belfast and not only did the food NEVER arrive, the app doesn’t even have an option for live assistance, (only an email, with no reply 30 min later now), and when I chose the option to contact the restaurant, there is no option to speak to a person there either. I have been traveling all day, have no transportation (why I paid for delivery!) and now I’m going to bed without dinner. THE WORST!!
