HATE the new app with a 🔥 passion
LOVE Johnnies, but since they updated the app it’s been so bad that I don’t even want to go there. 9 out of 10 times the app is logged out. When I try to log in, I always get the error “other error returned from server”. I always make notes of what my password is. If you try to reset the password, it’ll work within Safari & let’s you log in. This doesn’t give you the barcode to scan for rewards. I previously went to here at least once a week. Since the problems with the app. Maybe once/month. SO irritating. Please fix!!!

I have been quite frustrated with the new app. Every time I open it, it makes me log in but tells me my information is wrong. I then have to change my password via a link in my email. I don’t actually change the password but use the exact same one each time. It then lets me log in with the same credentials I used before. The next time I try to use it, I have to start the process all over again.

The new app is awful. It’s slow and clumsy. Keeps trying to force you to use thumbprint. Difficulties setting the location.
