The app: Most of the times when I search for a specific restaurant that I know is on GoMamam and have ordered from before, it does not show up it always shows the same few restaurants that they are promoting but not the ones I search for which is very annoying. My experience: Overall my main bad experiences with gomamam is with how slow the service is. Once a driver had mixed up the orders that they picked up from the same restaurant and had given me the wrong order. Prior to this my food also arrived late. When I noticed that my order was wrong I had contacted the gomamam hotline, notifying them about the mixup. I ate the food that was given to me even though it was wrong because like I said my food arrived late and I was already starving. I assumed that they wouldn’t have taken back the food because at the end of the day, if they were to swap the orders back to the original customer it would be very unsanitary and even if they didn’t the food would’ve gone to waste. The gomamam hotline replied to my message 30 minutes later saying that the driver is sending a new order of my original foods and to be honest I would’ve been happy with just a coupon or a refund because at the end of the day the driver was the one that messed up. The driver then arrived with my original order at 11 PM and I ordered my food at 7:45 PM. When my order arrived the driver asked me for the wrong order they gave me but I had already eaten it because I did not expect them to want to take the food back. I understand that the driver was quite sorry about the situation and I did not really have a choice so I paid for both of the orders. In conclusion, gomamam needs to handle situations like this better. I don’t understand why I had to pay for both of my orders even though they are the ones who messed up. I understand that I ate the first order but even so those were the food that was delivered to me At 9PM and they just asked for it back two hours later? I ordered my food at 7:45 PM thinking that by 8:45 PM I would have my food already but my actual order only arrives at 11 PM. Did they expect me to wait till 11PM to eat my dinner? Please do better.
