Terrible linking with subscription and poor organization
I subscribed online but the app won’t work. Also there is no true organization to view saved recipes. I’ll be canceling within the month.
Constantly signing out, losing recipes
The content is great, I love the recipes and search function. The user experience is awful though. Ever since they converted to a pay to play model I am constantly asked to sign into the app, which makes no sense as this is not an issue with any other subscription based app on my phone. That’s on top of the fact that I lost all my saved recipes when they made the switch to a paid app Aside from that the app closes everyone my phone locks so I have to find the recipe again and when I try to open the recipe I have to touch it 3 sometimes 4 times before it opens. This app is not stable and the UX is awful
Didn’t turn out to be useful
Actually more frustrating as a source of recipes than Google because it regularly does not have what I search for. Deleting it.
Scam
Paid for my subscription and now still can’t access recipes or anything. waste of 5$. App is terribly designed and extremely glitchy. very unsatisfied.
Progressively more useless!
Installed 17 days ago: worked fine. Now, 3 updates later, it has stopped working.at.all. So did the usual delete-uninstall-reinstall… except now it won’t even install from the App Store! Just a spinning cursor. On the latest version of iOS; everything else on iPhone & App Store work just fine.
Can’t use it, just keeps crashing
Would’ve been lovely to see my saved recipes on my phone while cooking for Thanksgiving, but the app won’t load- just keeps crashing. Most recent update installed, too.
Unreliable
When it works, this app is fantastic. Unfortunately, it works maybe 1 out of 20 times. The rest of the time it tries to start up and then just forces itself closed. My time is limited to browse recipes and if I have to spend it trying to get the app to open up then I’m not going to get any recipes selected. Frustrating.
