طالب الاوردر في رمضان من فرع زايد الي هارينا اعلانات كل شويه انه بقا اسرع توصيل و معرف ايه، و حاطين time slots تستلم فيه الاوردر، طلبته ييجي الساعه ٥:٣٠ و الديليفري كلمني الساعه ٥ يقولي ابعتله اللوكيشن و بعتله و كله تمام، الساعه جت ٥:٣٠ و مفيش، ٦ مفيش، و المدفع ضرب ٦:١٠ و مفيش، و اكلم بتاع الدليفري مبيردش، و كلمت الكول سنتر مرتين و مفيش عندهم غير الاوردر طلع يا فندم و دقايق و هيكون عندك، بكتب الريفيو دا دلوقتي و الساعه ٦:٤٠ و الاوردر لسه موصلش برضو!!! مفيش اي اعتذار من الكول سنتر و محدش معبرنا ولا كاننا مبندفعش الافات في الاوردر!! و لغاية دلوقتي لسه الاوردر موصلش و مفيش اي حس منهم تجربه سيئه جداً لا انصح بها اطلاقاً!! تحديث: كلمني الدليفري الي مبيردش على تليفونه دا يسألني البيت فين ولا كانه في اي حاجه غلط و ان الاكل هيكون تلِّج بعد ساعه و نص من البرم (لو مكنوش بيكدبو من الاول اصلاً و الاوردر مطلعش)! قولتله لا امشي خلاص مش هستلمه، قام مشي فعلاً بدون اي اعتذار او عرض تعويض او خصم او اي حاجه، لا حقيقي اوسخ خدمه ممكن تاخدها من محل، برافو استمرو!

Yet another restaurant who’s food quality has become terrible. And worse! The customer service department is useless. Can you imagine ordering a “an intact half barbecued chicken , only to be received in 2 pieces thrown away like trash , with a thigh that is the size of 3 fingers”!!! that’s not the surprise!, When informed the customer service they replaced the order with yet another “same quality” as the previous order !!! Haha and guess what , I gave them a third chance and they did it yet again!!!!! In the end I took back my money. It’s sad , I used to love the quality, this is what happens when you don’t care about the people you’re serving, your brand goes down.
