Love Dions but not the app
I love Dions and the app is great EXCEPT for the fact that I have to log in every time I want to use it. Makes sense if it’s been a long time between ordering, but I order pretty often. Would love to see this glitch fixed.
This app is pointless
There are no additional features on this app that you can’t just do from the web browser. You download this app hoping to find some thing like easy way to edit payment history or seeing how busy a specific location is for pick up orders, but no. All your old cards that have expired no way to delete them or remove them they’re just there. When you live between two different locations and you want to see how busy one is versus the other for pick up orders there’s no easy way to see that either you have to change locations .Save the memory space and just order from the web browser.

Suggestion
I would like to make a suggestion. I frequently change store location depending on where I am in town. It would be a lot easier in the application to have a drop-down of the three closest locations to my location. Changing the location in the app as it is now is a little cumbersome. Just today I placed an order and thought I had changed the location but the order ended up at a different one. Had to drive across town to go get it.
I LOVE DION’S! But I’d change one thing about the app.
I want to use the online ordering, and generally it seems like a well thought out site/app…BUT there is one thing that makes it mostly useless for me. I need to order my subs with a “low carb wrap.” (I.e. lettuce wrap instead of bread.) But nowhere is there the ability to put that on my order. Ideally this would be located under the Bread Choice, but it only shows white or wheat. And there’s no place I can type in special instructions. I end up always needing to call in my order. Can you fix this?
Wrong location
I made an order for the location 5 minutes away from me and it somehow was sent to a location 30 minutes away from me. I then had to wait longer for the order to be fulfilled by the location it was supposed to be at. I won’t be using the app to order again.
Hate the app but it’s better than the website!
Seriously. Your app logs me out every time I try to use it, and I have to verify my credit card information every time I order. What is the point of saving the credit card information if I have to go get the stupid card every time? Please either fix that or just allow Apple Pay.
