It’s so nice to have this delivery service in Monroe! We’ve used Delivery Drive multiple times and never had an issue on their end. When there is an issue(with the restaurant) the DD guys make it right. Not many businesses go out of their way anymore for their customers like that. We will continue to use Delivery Drive and recommend them to anyone in the area.

I’ve never had an issue with any of the delivery, drive people or the app. The only tiny issue I ever had was very minor, and it had nothing to do with Delivery Drive itself, it was a minor oversight on the restaurants part. The guys who deliver are so nice and so sweet I enjoy ordering from this app.

No issues with food or delivery. It is nice having delivery options from some new restaurants. One minor bug is the order status on the In Process tab does not update as the order progresses, though the updates do come through as notifications from the app.

Received all but one item from the restaurant we ordered from but the delivery driver went out of his way to get that item from said restaurant and deliver to us again with no extra charge! I wish I could’ve tipped more for this! Very convenient for this area! Highly recommend! Thank you Gavin and Kendall!

My boyfriend and I used the app while we were in the area and it worked great. There aren’t as many extra fees as other apps and the drivers are friendly and quick. I can’t wait until delivery drive is everywhere!
