Just a terrible experience
Paid for the year, then the app asks for me to pay every time I open it, says purchase restored, then just spins for eternity. I’m sure there are other apps that do the same thing that don’t just take the money and run. To be clear, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues, been like this for months. No resolution no response. I suggest stairway from this one.

I accidentally allowed my trial to rollover into the yearly subscription for 24.99. Figured it wasn’t too big of a deal since I’d enjoyed it, might as well keep it. Haven’t used it for a couple months (literally 2 months) and it is now, once again, prompting me to spend more money on another subscription regardless of the fact that my subscription is still active in my account management page under settings, or the fact that it literally says “pro” right by my account settings within the app. I was trying to input my ingredients and it will not allow me to generate recipes which was the whole reason I got the app. Not at all happy, seems like a scam in my opinion and I will not be changing this review until it is fixed. A lot of ingredients don’t come up. Simple ingredients like cauliflower and coconut oil. Nevertheless, I put in over 80 ingredients and hit generate. The first recipe it created had almost every ingredient in it and didn’t seem like it would be very good. So, I hit regenerate and that recipe didn’t seem great either. No matter how many times I hit regenerate, the recipes were all based on approximately 4 ingredients. Like spicy tomato and mushroom stuffed potato’s or spicy potato and tomato stuffed mushrooms or spicy tomato and smoked salmon pasta. Eventually it just kept generating the spicy tomato and smoked salmon pasta over and over again. It didn’t matter if I changed the adventurous level or not, I just keep getting the same recipe. This is a great concept and perhaps as the AI develops, so will the recipes. For the time being, it doesn’t really work for me.

I’m sure in time this app may be worthwhile but today it is missing lots of key ingredients. I was very excited and perhaps expected too much. I canceled quickly.
