Partnering with LevelUp, DCU developed this app to allow members to use their DCU Debit and Credit cards to order ahead and pay at over 75,000 locations nationwide. Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast before work or lunch on the go, DCUPay is an everyday time saver. Dashboard – Quickly access the most commonly used features such as viewing your last order, ordering ahead, and paying right away. Places – Use your phone’s location feature to find restaurants right near you or search for a specific location. Pay – If you're at a location that accepts DCUPay, this tab will display a QR code that the merchant scans and that's it! Your transaction will be processed without ever reaching for your wallet. Orders – View your recent order details and place a reorder. Account – Change your payment card, report an issue and more.

I was already enrolled in LevelUp and DCUPay seamlessly brought over my payment information and previous purchase history (nice) and it works perfectly for order ahead and payment. As a proud credit union member I am delighted to see my credit union continuing to innovate. Great start DCU!
Needs work .. Not Functional
During set up, it won’t show my cell (that is confirmed registered properly) in order to send a verification code to log in .. I get nowhere. A shame. Uninstalling until it’s functional.

Wants you to select preferred payment method but gives you a blank screen with no options.

Keeps asking to choose a payment but not giving me any options and I can’t get past that screen
Bugs need fixing -
As the other users have already stated; in the setup, the application asks for a payment method yet displays no options, only showing a blank screen with “please select a payment method” on it.
Can't get through set up
During set up, you're asked to enter your card's CVV code. When entered, You get an error message that says "incorrect postal code".
Can’t complete setup
Asking me to choose a payment method and then just hangs at a blank screen. Booooo. Can’t even see what the app’s all about cuz I can’t get thru setup.
