I don’t like this app. It really needs a lot of improvement. Hopefully they can fix it soon because I would really like to order online! First of all, credit card needs to be entered every time you order. The information does not save. Same goes for your car information. When you go to order ice cream, there’s no way to choose between vanilla and chocolate. Further, there’s no way to order the flavor of the day as far as I can tell. ☹️☹️☹️😣😣😣🤬

This app rarely works and is difficult to use. Don’t like having to manually sign in every time, App should have facial req as an easy login. Always says will send a code to my email and takes long time to send it (like 5-10 minutes). Once in is difficult to order and have never received reward for signing up. Does not give rewards for purchases. Basically a useless app that I will be removing. Can’t believe anyone would have paid to develope this adware that is wasting space on my phone.

Typically, we order at the table using the QR codes provided on the table tents. The app only has the option to order pickup which we literally NEVER do. So this app is a completely useless waste of space on my phone. Was hopeful it would be more like Panera’s app, which offers multiple ordering options including both pickup AND dine-in.
