Customer service
The most unfriendly customer service that you have. There is no response from the customer service. In todays world when getting connected is very easy, getting through to your customer service is harder than a firewall. None of your customer executive, especially Shaaista are at all helpful or even willing to help you. Only when there is an involvement of money, do they show their concern otherwise it’s as if they have turned deaf.

Worthless man’s poor support
Worthless app and poor support. OTP don’t work and I tried with many different numbers. Support doesn’t know how resolve and is uninformed. Supposedly only Indian phone numbers work (why if it’s a regional app?) and then Indian number doesn’t work either. Trash. Don’t waste your time.
Worst app
This new South Asia app is worst, has zillion bugs.
Can’t even activate
Multiple attempts to use. Activating membership itself doesn’t work. You try to chat with an associate and they tell you to close and open the app which loses the chat. You are given 30 Sec to enter otp but it takes longer to receive otp. If you get past the otp stage then you can’t setup Pw which is greyed out. And you start again at top of the app, activate membership… terrible!
Horrendous redemption process
Absolutely terrible redemption system. No one wants to hand over their unlocked phone to restaurant staff for 3-4mins while they try and redeem the voucher. Horrendous. The old system of physical card and vouchers was much better. This system is a disgrace to technology and should not exist in 2022. You could I stead simply use QR codes for redemption vouchers rather than requiring customer’s mobile phone to be handed over. Wish I could get a refund.
Not Good
Custmor care service are manipulating things and not mentioned clear thing at the time of buying a membership. I’m really disappointed.
