About Delivery arrangement
Customers are able to select the delivery date and time.  If no fixed delivery date has been agreed, we will deliver the goods within 2 working days after we received the payment.  
	•	General goods delivered by Japan Post (Yu-Pack)
	•	Refrigerated and frozen goods delivered by Yamato Transport
