Constantemente tengo que estar pidiendo soporte en ASAP. Hoy me cancelaron una orden UNA hora después de que la pedí. Llame al comercio y me indican que no la cancelaron. Escribo a ASAP y me indican que el comercio la canceló. Llamo nuevamente al comercio y me indican que no la cancelaron. No entiendo porque ASAP no puede solucionar y simplemente comunicarse con el comercio para reactivar la cuenta en vez de hacerme perder tiempo. Era una orden larga que no quería tener que volver a hacer. El otro día tuve que pedir apoyo porque TODOS los comercios salian “cerrados” en la plataforma. Y así sucesivamente, no se cuanto tiempo mas dure como cliente. Ademas cobran por anticipado para una pre autorización incluso cuando la cancelan, lo que no me hace sentido alguno, deberían hacer eso solo luego de que sea confirmada.

I just switched from an iPhone 8 Plus to a 13. On the 8 Plus the UI works great. On the iPhone 13 the top bar is under the notch and scrolling on the confirmation page does not work so I can’t see how much they will charge for what I’m requesting.

The customer service lately has been a nightmare. Hours of my life wasted. Haven’t had refunds of items that weren’t delivered. El servicio al cliente últimamente ha sido una pesadilla. He perdido horas de mi vida. Y no me han dado reembolsos de productos que ni llegaron.

Te hacen perder el tiempo. Después de varios intentos de hacer pedidos todos fallaron. Unas veces porque los establecimientos no los aprueban. Otras veces porque la app los cancela. Después te bloquean supuestamente "por seguridad" pero son las fallas de Asap no del usuario, entonces Te sale un mensaje de llamar a un número al que debes marcar muchas veces para que contesten y cuando contestan no te ayudan en nada para desbloquear. Que app inutil esta!!! Por fortuna hay varias otras apps de delivery que SI funcionan

Te piden mandar fotos de identificación para poder realizar un pedido y cuando vas a verificar correo es tan insegura la página que te bloquea el mismo teléfono la página.
