Coffee is great, app is useless… at least in Japan.
The sign up process is buggy. SMS doesn’t work at all. I never received an SMS to my Japanese phone number. Email registration did work. The only payment method allowed is Square? Not even Pay Pay, which is among the most popular payment methods in Japan? Not Visa or other credit cards? Seems the app is geared to Kuwait (defaults are set to Kuwait international phone code and currency), but virtually useless in Japan.

would someone on the development team like to explain to me why I can’t be displayed a QR code at a location download the app expensively on my mobile net work and then be told it doesn’t work in my region? offers me only a United States number for registration because that’s my application store yet I’m standing here in Tokyo in front of the restaurant… What could be so hard to identify the restaurant and place my order?

This is straight up the worst signup and login experience of any app ever. The email signup is straight broken and thinks it's a mobile phone signup. If you have a non Japanese phone number you're likely sofl. When you make a new account they don't log you in. Awful app experience.
