Time for an Update
The common consensus among foreigners who have Woori is that it's nicer to use the Korean app even if you can't understand some of it. Woori has fallen behind other banks in making their services more transparent and operable to foreign customers. IBK and Hana offer their apps in a translated version, not a lower tiered version which looks like it was last updated before 2010. It's only fair to offer the same services, function and design, not only to domestic citizens but also to foreigners and Koreans abroad.
2020, but 2007 App
It’s 2020...but this app still looks like it was developed in 2007 for iPhone 4. No Face/Touch ID? Input password 3 times to check account or send money? Use some kind of World War 2 code card to send money? Are you kidding me??? 한국 같은 나라에서 아직 이딴식에 어플을 사용 한다고요?? 현제 2020 년이에요! 어플 자체가 2007년 아이폰 4 세대를 위해 만들어졌다가 그후로 업데이트 한번도 안한것 같아요. 지문/얼굴 인식 아직도 불가능? 어플 사용하려면 똑같은 비밀 번호를 3번 입력해야지 돈을 보내진다고? 그리고 돈 붙이려면 2차 세계 대전때 계발한것 같은 코드 카드를 꺼내서 숫자 찾아서 입력해야 한다고요? 한국 혼자 아직도 세계를 못 따라잡고 2007년도에 사는 느낌...
Scam bank!
This bank is a total scam, they steal your data, and share it with foriegn intelligence services about not only your accounts, but also most personal and private data they ask you to provide to use their accounts. Actually all korean bank are like that, and I recommend never open a personal or corporate bank accounts in Korean banks. Embargoe them internationally because they share private data and their client’s information. With foriegn intelligences. No privacy at all.
Current version times out
It seems like it could be a decent banking app, except that this current version times out after approximately 30 seconds. Also, I’d like to see better formatting of the transaction dates. It’s currently written as 20181011. Some dashes or periods would be extremely helpful. Fingerprint authorization would be a huge step up as well, the current log in password screen is very 2010.
Up to date but won't let me login
When I try to login it says to get the latest version. I am up to date. Wth. Fix it.
