App for requires iPad version 16.0 which is not available…. My iPad is up to date with 15.8… Appears as if someone jumped the gun on this update.😑

I have been successfully making loan payments through the Wellby over the last year, however with this new version requires 16.0, which Apple has not pushed out yet. This has left me out of making payments through the App.

I’ve been a client for quite a number of years & the JSC FCU App was so simple to do whatever I needed to do, now, especially having an older iPhone, forget it, I constantly have to be going for help @ the branch in my neighborhood. What is it exactly, that you were trying to do ? The old procedure was fine. Why mess with it ??? Put it back in place, is what you should do, that’s if you really give a damm, what we your clients really care about & want !

This is an update to previous review. I can not get the latest app update for my iPhone since I have iPhone 7 Plus. Seems like both Apple and Wellby have abandoned us older iPhone users. A workaround is to navigate to the website and sign in from there. It seems to work okay .

Latest app requires IOS 16. I have iPhone 7 Plus, no longer supported by apple. Can no run existing app or download latest.

I’ve used the Wellby app for over a year. As of today it says it needs to update the app, but you have to have apple ios 16.0 or newer to do the update. Because I have an older iPhone, my iOS will never get past the 15 something. So now I can’t use the Wellby app.
