Not accessible for blind users
The old app was much accessible and worked well, being blind I had no issues in using the app. I was forced to new app and with new update it is not working at all. I cannot hear my portfolio, the Voice Over screenreader reads nothing on the screen. Please do have an accessibility check before releasing it to public. Will wait for couple of days if it get fixed, I would have to switch to other brokers. I don’t have a choice.

Why would you run courses in Hindi + english? Take a moment and think if it really makes sense? 🤦♂️ Stop it and it’s stupid to keep asking if people do not like to. resp: Nope am not going to share details in mail or any link you give me. Your feedback pop up is broken and it’s forcing me to review every now and then. Annoying. Provide an option “dont ask again”, record the user response in your system and don’t ask for feedback if user not interested in providing feedback.

When ordering any stocks getting the error invalid pan number. Poor client support. Unable to withdraw the wallet amount.. confusing Ui. Just waiting to get my balance and stick with icici direct

I have transferred money using SIP from my bank account and it is showing as deducted whereas not reflecting in mutual funds. In my upstox account it is showing as cancelled. Tried contacting customer care to connect agent I waited almost 20 min then it connected to PA-Priyanka Singh there was no response from this agent for almost 20 min. It is very worst experience never expected from any brand like this

Not worth to have your App in my phone. When I researched about the founders I thought you guys will be different then other cheap service providers. But it sounds like you are more worst then others. I regret to be here!!! Guys never install Upstox App they sell all your data with in no time!!! Dirty Dogs!!!
