I deeply regret the sale of Citibank to those morons from Singapore. The app is extremely badly designed, unnecessarily tedious and complicated to get anything done. Stop overusing SMS code or OTP verification! The app is basically unusable and this does not help in deterring scammers!!!

Notification needs to be turned on so that the App can allow access to some functions when logging on through a computer. But when notification is on, the app will spam promos onto the phone every few days.

You can now easily convert your credit card transactions and statement balance into monthly instalments and increase your credit limit right on the app. We've also been working on bug fixes and performance updates to create an even better experience for you.
