Cannot get the app to function
Tried 3x on both ipad and iPhone. Removed and reinstalled it multiple times. It still says it “can’t find my record “. Totally a waste of time.
No longer user friendly
I used to love this app, but sometime in the last couple of months there’s been an update or something else has changed that now logs me out almost immediately after logging in. This is not a session time out due to inactivity. We’re taking 10-30 seconds after logging in. I brought this to Unitus’ attention and the work around is to close down all of my other apps before I use the Unitus app. Needless to say I don’t always remember to do this. Then mid-transaction I get logged out and have to start over. Not a great experience. I hope it gets fixed.
One Star for Forcing Me To Rate
This is the second time today that this app forced me to answer if I love it it not. It gets one star and a negative review for doing so.
Pasting password fail
This app could be better if I was able to login consistently by pasting my password. 9 times out of 10 tries the pasting fails and I am forced to try again. One I do login, I’m not confident Mobile check deposit will work, about half the time the app crashes during some part of the deposit process. Which forces me back into the cycle of trying to login. It literally might be faster to drive to the nearest branch 4 miles away.
Cannot Stand It
I can barely make a review on whether or not I like it because I can barely utilize it. 80% of the time, when I open the app, it doesn’t recognize my face (while every other app does) so I have to input my password—which it then claims doesn’t exist so I have to constantly force shut down and restart it to get it to finally work. When it DOES accept my identity and let me through, I then have to restart it 2-5 times in a row just to get it to not have a blank screen with (however many accounts I have) gray boxes floating with no information. So I can’t access anything in my account (this has been an issue for the past month). I have had rent late several times because I don’t live near a branch and most of the phone service now redirects to employees out of the country who can’t help me with my questions and usually run me around in circles before I get help. I’ve had my paycheck deposited on the 1st, went to transfer that to my checking account to pull rent the same day, and had absolutely no access to my own account for upwards of 24 hours because the app won’t load anything and I can’t get help on the spot, in the thirty minutes before the post office closes after my shift at work. I can’t stand it. Five years ago, it was a great app. Now, I’m being booted out in the middle of transactions and having to restart, while trying to make payments, and then finding I can’t access my own account so I CANT make the purchase. Or worse yet, I have transferred money over, made the purchase, and had it declined because there wasn’t enough funds in the account. I cal the bank to figure out how, because I’m looking at $100 in my account, to be told, “Oh, the app doesn’t actually reflect what’s in your account. You have to check the online portal or check at an ATM.” Excuse me? WHY doesn’t your app work…? And this was told to me by a manager at the Market Street location in Salem, OR.

I often login to the website to check my balances, because the balances are often not correct when I login on the app. Yesterday there was a delay in showing my transfer on the app.
Transfer calendar
Often times I try to submit for a funds transfer and I am not able to select the date on the calendar. The calendar doesn’t fully populate for me to select any date. This is stressful. It would be great to be able to type the date in when this happens.
