Please switch back to manually capturing check images. It’s very annoying to have to move the phone around for a min before it lets you manually capture the check image!!

No one ever disclosed that there was a three dollar monthly paper statement fee, which is ridiculous. My account has now gone into the negative because of this fee. I’ve been online for the last hour trying to figure out how to get my account in the positive for something I had no clue about in the first place and it’s been a complete nightmare trying to navigate the website and the app. I do not recommend!!!
