I had 522 TT in my wallet this morning and I decided to exchange to TT-BNB which gave me about 0.01 BNB. I couldn’t send out as I needed 0.02 BNB at least to be able to send out. So I left it as BNB. The app logged out and when I logged in my coin was gone. I only found 5TT which is a welcome bonus as a new user. What’s going on. How can I lose my investment just like that. I wanted to get more TT thank God I haven’t. I need my coins back. A wallet is means to be safe to keep assets in I don’t know why yours isn’t.
