Customer support is clueless
In my card details, the last full digits are covered with the word “copy” making it illegible. It’s not nice as it’s not available anywhere else - as you can imagine, that was a mad rush as I was paying online. Above is an honest mistake from the app dev and I am totally fine. But when I filed this via in-app chat, suggesting this may be an app update thing and I am just giving you a suggestion, the response was a shocking question asking me if there’s Trust app update. I don’t know man, I see your app updates every few days, and you can go check on App Store yourself where your app has updates.
Compulsory Ads via Notifications
You must permit notifications to use any function of the app. The notifications are abused with daily advertisements (you cannot opt out as per support).
App not working
Keep getting this error message that something is wrong and is being fixed. Tried to delete app and reinstall and it says it still doesn’t recognize singpass…and to try again later…it has been more than 24 hours

Now they block my account! Hello w@nker! Isn’t this my account my own way? Why do you have so many rules?!! My password has some repeat numbers… you forced me to use your way… now I can’t remember my password?!!
Reliability
This is a digital bank without a physical banking facility. I tried to use my Trust debit card in my Apple wallet today for the first time after opening a saving account few days ago but was rejected. I tried to call the customer service using the Trust App contact option for urgent service but after 25 mins of patiently staying on the line, there was still no one picking up my urgent call. The voice on the answering machine kept saying Trust Bank is doing their best and asking for our understanding. There seems to be nobody at Trust Bank available for customer service to answer urgent calls. Few days ago I sent a message via the Trust App contact option but I still have not received the answers to my questions. This is worrisome. A digital bank provides services totally online. If I can’t reach anyone urgently from the bank, then is this digit bank even trust worthy in the first place?
