Daily trivia game
The daily trivia game is not working properly. When you answer a question the game freezes and you have to go back to the Home Screen and start again. I’ve contacted support but has not been resolved. Hope it gets fixed very soon.
Great but…..
I love this app but the only problem is most of the time I get nothing but a white screen when first trying to open game. I reboot my phone then try which allows game to open normally. Not sure what glitch causes the daily white screen but
Fun and puzzled
I have been having fun playing and winning, just wish I understood the strategy when playing the games.
Real money
I’ve not won big but I have won real money by playing games in this app. If you have a Truist deposit account (checking or savings) you should get this app. Well worth it!!
Great Concept but Needs Improvement
I've been using the Long Game app for about two years now, and I must say the concept is fantastic. However, it feels like Truist Bank is missing the mark when it comes to making this app truly engaging for savers. Let me explain why I feel this way. The app's gamified approach to saving is intriguing. You save money to earn coins, which sounds great in theory. But why would I leave my money in an account that pays absolutely no interest in return for a handful of coins each day? I'm sorry, Truist Bank, but this doesn't make sense, especially when digital banks are offering high-interest rates. For me, the fun in saving is seeing my money grow. Regarding the games, they lack sound, and they're quite static. The prizes are a mere one cent for every ten plays. It feels monotonous, and the app gives off an impression of neglect. What could make this app truly enjoyable is injecting some life into it. Add sound to the games, make them more interactive, and offer more exciting rewards. A penny for playing just doesn't cut it. In today's world, it's 2023, and there's so much potential for partnerships and rewards. Why not collaborate with cinemas, culture exclusive experiences, challenge levels, integration with investment accounts and other businesses to make this app more appealing? Plus, how about incorporating cryptocurrency rewards? With the growing interest in cryptocurrencies, this could be a game-changer. I implore you to enhance the app. If the goal is to make saving fun, then let it truly be fun by diversifying the rewards and making it engaging. And please, invest in some quality sound features to make the experience more immersive. Long Game has a fantastic concept, but it's in need of a serious makeover to live up to its potential and truly captivate users.
Truist Ruined the app
I had this app when it was just long game. It was great for saving money for specific things and the games were good obviously. However I came back because I just split my finances and now I’m required to open a full blown bank account with truist (which I was denied). When it was just a savings account it was awesome. It DID NOT need to become a banking system. Honestly really disappointing. The only thing is that they still wave the maintenance fee if you have 500+ in the account. Still crap you can get denied.
