It’s August 27, 2023 and Face ID is still not working. This is very frustrating. Fix your app!!!!

This used to be a great app until it wasn’t. I can’t even sun on now. It tells me I’m using the wrong user name and password. I go to the website and use the same ones and it logs me right in. I wish they would fix this, if it weren’t such a pain I’d close my account because this app is not useful at all. I uninstalled it several times and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work. All it does is makes it to where I have to call and reset my password because it’s showing that I’m using the wrong ones.

They really are setting up an ATM more advanced than any other around. However, they can’t fix the basic thing which is transferring money from savings to checking or vise versa. Strange company. Going to be switching to a new bank soon.

Nothing locks me out of my account faster than this app. It is clunky to use. TriStar needs to talk to Ascend FCU about who does their app. It is flawless and I can “quick look” my account balance without ever opening the app.
