Great customer service very glitchy app – I do not recommend
When I call Tremont Credit union for support and assistance, the phone agents are great. There are times in which I need to move money around very quickly through the app and six times out of 10 times It will work, but at critical times this app has let me down on several occasions. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and at critical moments the app fails you. I have moved money from Tremont Credit union to other baking services because of this issue. User Beware….

Frustrating
This app needs to be completely revamped. I always have to call to have my password reset even when I know for a fact that I’m using the correct password (because I’ve logged in that day already or am on a device where the password is saved) the app locks me out and the only way to reset it is to call. It takes up way too much time. There should be a reset option on the app…when I call customer service and ask why the account is locked they can’t see, multiple times I’ve been instructed to update the app and try to log in again. I have apps for other banks and things are much more streamlined. Inside of the App it’s hard to track money in the account. I noticed charges to my account from a different state. There was no way to report it on the app. I had to call the main number where I was directed to a third party company (I thought I was being scammed because the company didn’t even know which bank I was calling from) I was told by the third party that I would get a paper copy of a report to mail back in order to have the account reviewed and get my money back. In this day and age this 3-4 step process is completely outdated. I never received the paper and never received my refund for the fraudulent charges ($200.00 worth). Customer service is always nice and welcoming. The office are nice and I have good experiences in person. However, this app is not a reflection of what I experience in person.
